27 May Vegan – Chocolate cake & cupcake mix

Vegan cake/cupcake you will need:
Replace the 3 eggs with 3 Tbsp (24g) ground flaxseed + 6 Tbsp (84g) warm/hot water
make flax egg by combining flaxseed with water, stir and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add wet mixture into flax egg mixture and add dry mixture into wet mixture and mix
Result: nice and fluffy cake and more moist than regular cake mix result.
Some Tips:
Measure your flour by gently spooning it into a cup and sweep off any excess.
Do not use the measuring cup to scoop from the bag as it may compact the flour resulting in more flour than required.
