27 May Vegan – Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Vegan Cookies you will need:
Substitute butter with butter substitute like earth balance and reduce the amount to only ¼ cup. Substitute egg with 3 Tbsp aquafaba (canned chickpea brine).
Result: nice formed cookies, crispy and gooey.
Additional VEGAN option: Substitute water, egg and butter with: 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 3 Tbsp apple sauce plus 1 Tbsp of almond butter.
Some Tips:
Measure your flour by gently spooning it into a cup and sweep off any excess.
Do not use the measuring cup to scoop from the bag as it may compact the flour resulting in more flour than required.
